Garlicky Buffalo Chicken Dip - Keto Friendly




Ingredients

2 pasture-raised chicken breast
1 cup raw pepper jack cheese, shredded
8 ounces organic cream cheese
6 Tbsp tabasco hot sauce
2 Tbsp green garlic (or regular garlic), finely diced
1 tsp himalayan salt + more to season
paprika

Directions

Begin by generously seasoning both sides of chicken breast with salt and smoked paprika.

Next, preheat the grill.

While the grill is pre-heating, combine shredded cheese, cream cheese, hot sauce, garlic and 1 tsp of salt using a fork in a large mixing bowl.

Now, grill your chicken by first searing both sides, then reducing temperature to finish cooking. Chicken is done when internal temperature is at 160 degrees F.

Once chicken is done, finely shred chicken by hand or use a food processor for faster results.

Add shredded chicken into the mixing bowl and throughly combine in the cream cheese mixture.

Taste your dip and add more salt or hot sauce to desired taste.

Top with jalapeƱos if you desire and serve with your choice of keto friendly bread, chips, crackers, carrots or cucumbers. Enjoy!
