I'm Haley, I am a certified Holistic Life Coach and Primal Health coach and I have been helping people transform their health and lifestyle for the last 6 years!

I love to help people break through the traditional diets and lifestyle and transform into living an overall healthy and free lifestyle.  To me it isn't about limiting your diet or your life, it is about expanding it to see unlimited options and potential right in front of you.  It is about feeling happy, driven, excited and ready to tackle anything life puts in front of you and anything you may want to accomplish.  It is easy to let emotions, fear, and people (including yourself) hold you back.  If you know where I came from in my journey, you know I had to break through a life of my own bad decisions and guide myself out of a hole I had dug myself.  I transformed myself into a whole different person that lives a truly healthy and driven lifestyle.  That is why I am so passionate about helping others, because I know what the other side of fear and failure feels like...  happiness, excitement, motivated, passionate, pain-free, guilt-free, loving, truthful, compassionate, healthy, lively, well... an overall better and fulfilling life.

A quick rundown of my past clients...
My first client had severe type 2 diabetes. So bad that she was in a coma before meeting me. After 60 days, she called me and told me her numbers... SHE WAS NORMAL.  We reversed her diabetes, and she couldn't be happier.  She now shares her story with other women who have diabetes.

I have also had clients where they needed to leave the Standard American Diet (SAD) and enter into a new way of living and eating. Their goals were to be overall healthier and lose weight.  They needed help with commitment to the goal- to have someone checking in on them, that they didn't want to let down. They also needed to know where to begin, what some healthier choices were, where can they eat out, what snacks are safe, etc.   We accomplished their goals and even more.

People come to me often asking me how to begin a new lifestyle, what are alternative options to what they are eating, what kind of diet should they do, why or why not keto, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, blood type etc. And I am able to answer all of these questions because I have been through all of those, and I have transformed my own health.  I am able to share my experience with each person, understand where they are at, and help them make that change they are looking to see in themselves.
